A personal welcome to you and thank you for visiting us.  This page has been created to highlight additions to our site and services just in case you are not subscribed to our Easytraining News

We have been quite busy, but hope soon to add to our web site.

Newsletter:  A few words worth mentioning regarding our newsletter.  It does not consist only of news but of management and customer services issues we wish to raise up.  Because of this, and supported by the new anti-spam law, subscription application forms received are subject to approval.  One of the elements is relativity (to you and your line of activities), and another is the submission of complete verifiable business details.  If elements are missing we keep your application in a pending file.

Please note that due to the inordinate amount of spam and viruses now circulating I delete any mail which appears encrypted when viewed with a certain software.  Make sure your e-mail program is in clear simple text and that you do not use encryption software.  We also have no time to respond to people who do not provide full verifiable details.  The best way to contact us is through our contact form.

Busy writing new chapters for the employee motivation book and dealing with projects for long-distance clients.
 Do not hesitate to contact us explaining which problem you wish to solve.  Half of our time is dedicated to dealing with client projects since we just cannot give up on live, dynamic, inter-relationships.  Please remember that sometimes what you may perceive as a quick solution may not necessarily yield the results you want.  We conduct an assessment before going forward with a project.  As outside observers, we spot the weak areas which must first be redressed.
